Use your heat-pods a few times!  If you are unhappy with them for any reason, simply return them within 30 days of your date of purchase for a full refund - less the original shipping and handling fees.

It is understood that the heat-pods are still functioning as intended.

Warranty:

Our heat-pods have a one year warranty from the date of purchase! 

If you should encounter a problem due to workmanship or a factory defect, please send the heat-pod back to us and we will promptly and happily replace it for you!

In the case of seal leakage - please empty heat-pod of Sodium Acetate solution before returning.
