Where do you ship?

We ship to all 50 US states.  We do ship to PO Boxes.

What methods are available and how long will it take for my order to arrive?

Most orders will ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail.   

Heat-Pod.Com reserves the right to change shipping carriers without notice.

After your order is placed you will receive an email order confirmation.  Please review and contact us if any changes need to be made.  Changes cannot be made to an order once it has been processed in our warehouse.

When your order is processed in our warehouse you will receive an email shipment notification with tracking information.  This email informs you that your order has been processed and will ship within 24 hours.

Orders are generally processed Monday-Friday within 24 hours of the time the order is placed, with the exception of during the holiday seasons.  All orders are subject to product availability.

USPS Priority Mail is a ground method which usually delivers in 2-3 days but is not guaranteed. Orders will receive tracking information.

What are shipping (postage) and handling costs?

USPS Priority Mail:   1 heat-pod will be $3.00 for S&H.  2-6 heat-pods will be $6.00 for S&H.      7-12 heat-pods will be $12.00 for S&H.  13-18 heat-pods will be $18.00
